I love reading these posts ❤️

Here is my reply to your questions.

What song immediately puts you in a good mood? definitely Taylor Swift, love wildest dreams, ready for it, shake it off and more. Then, Bad Bunny, for sure, too.

As a teenager, what were some of your favorite books, films, and music? I have always been a sucker for romance. Give me all the Nicholas Sparks books or movie, Hallmark Movies, Christmas movies. Anything that is so romantic that it hurts 😅 Also, I loved Taylor Swift and I grew up with her, and the Disney stars like Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers and also Jesse McCartney. Such good times 😍

Thank you for this reflection and for reading my answers. Appreciate you 🙏🏻

Great points! I agree & disagree. With time come new challenges, but I don’t necessarily think that makes things “worse,” just different. Without the duality of that initial childlike freedom we feel to be ourselves vs all the conditioning we face as we grow up, it creates the exact circumstances we individually need for becoming who we were meant to be—that is, *if* we’re brave enough to go down that path of self discovery in pursuit of true purpose and authenticity. My unlearning has been my greatest learning, the continual stripping away of what was no longer mine to carry. Without the contrast, I never would have known what was mine and what was not. As for music, I’m also an ‘88 baby so the 90s as a whole era has a special place in my heart. Wannabe by the spice girls is what instantly takes me back to dancing around my bedroom, blasting songs from my boombox (really wish I would have kept that thing!)

2.) I LOVED the Twilight series as a teenager, specifically the books(the movies fell flat for me). Reading The Hobbit in Lit Fan was pretty cool too.

The Number 23 was one of my favorite movies. I also watched the Friday series A LOT. There was one summer that me and my friends were all obsessed with Across the Universe. I saw Dark Knight like 3 times in theaters. The OG Paranormal Activity scarred me for life lol.

It wasn’t necessarily my favorite, however watching The Cove in high school was life changing for me.
